How do I select products? Search for your school and grade. The relevant products (books, uniforms, stationery) will appear. You can filter these on the category pages, select size/quantity, and add to cart.
Can I place a single order for books and uniforms? Yes. However, to ensure timely delivery and safety, books and uniforms are delivered in two separate shipments with separate tracking numbers.
Can I order multiple book sets? Due to weight restrictions, the system permits only one grade book set per order. For multiple kits, you must complete each purchase as a separate order.
How do I find the correct uniform size? You can visit your child's school for trial pieces to ensure you order the correct size.
How do I know which books are required? Select the relevant grade, and the platform will display only the required titles. Common titles are often clubbed into a single grade-specific kit.
What are the shipping options? You can have items delivered to your home address.
Why is a 6-digit pin code mandatory? Complete information ensures timely delivery. Courier partners cannot identify locations with incomplete pin codes (e.g., using "01" instead of "400001").
How long does delivery take? Exact delivery time is determined by the shipping address and is displayed during checkout.
How do I track my order?

What payment methods are accepted? The platform accepts UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking through their payment gateway.
What happens after payment? Once payment is authorized, the seller confirms the order. You will receive an email containing a unique Order ID.
What is the return policy for uniforms? Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags/packaging.
What is the return policy for books? Returns for books are only accepted if the school holds a designated "Return Day." You must contact the school admin for these dates. Books must be unused and in original packaging.
Items that cannot be returned: E-books, stationery, items purchased on offer, and textbooks not published by any Publishers.
How long does a refund take? Refunds are typically processed within 21 working days for cancelled prepaid orders or approved returns.
